| Installation on Concrete 1. Clean the surface. 2. Assembly begins in the rear left corner with mat 1 as shown on the layout. 3. Attach mats 2, 3, etc. by aligning each slot with each tab, press gently, then finish by stamping with your foot. 4. If the enclosure or stall is not square you may need to trim the kit to fit. Trimming is easily done with a non-retractable utility knife, a chalk line and a metal straight edge. Installation on Dirt or Crushed Gravel 1. Compact the surface (6" of crushed gravel is recommended). 2. Level the surface. 3. Proceed as above. Interlocking kits fit 10'x10' or 12'x12' stalls and enclosures, however your finished floor will be slightly smaller to allow for expansion and contraction of the rubber due to variations in temperature. |
